affordable, and stress-free — without the confusion of traditional insurance.
A simple alternative to traditional insurance, this membership plan is not insurance. Instead,
our membership plans provide a deliberate and predictable way for your child to receive
thoughtful, high-quality care in our office. These plans cannot be combined with traditional insurance.

First Tooth Plan
(Ages 0-3) $300/year
Gentle early care for growing smiles
Includes:
- Two preventative dental visits annually
- Two professional cleanings
- Fluoride treatments as recommended
- Parent education and anticipatory guidance
- One emergency visit if needed
- Necessary emergency X-rays at no additional cost
Plus:
- 20% savings on additional treatment
Designed to encourage healthy early habits and provide thoughtful, prevention-focused care during your child’s earliest years.
Healthy Smiles Plan
(Ages 4-11) $470/year
Prevention-focused care through childhood
Includes:
- Two exams annually
- Two professional cleanings
- Two fluoride treatments
- Routine cavity-check X-rays
- Necessary diagnostic X-rays as recommended by the doctor
- Periodic panoramic X-rays to monitor growth and development as recommended by the doctor
- One emergency visit if needed
Plus:
- 20% savings on additional treatment, including nitrous oxide/oxygen
- $30 per tooth, for sealants on adult molars and/or baby molars
- Savings on sports guards and other services
Designed to to support healthy, growing smiles with predictable and comprehensive preventive care.
Tween & Teen Plan
(Ages 12-21) $580/year
Designed for growing independence and lifelong oral health.
Includes:
- Two exams annually
- Two professional cleanings
- Two fluoride treatments
- Routine cavity-check X-rays as recommended by the doctor
- Necessary diagnostic X-rays, including periodic panoramic X-rays to monitor growth and development
- One emergency visit per year if needed, including necessary x-rays
Plus:
- 20% savings on additional treatment, including nitrous oxide/oxygen
